Supported by a personal, one-on-one facilitated session via Skype, telephone or face to face,* your customised Portrait provides a colourful, clear and simple framework for better self-understanding and helps identify your underlying motivation, everyday strengths and areas of growth.
LEADERS & MANAGERS
Lumina Spark and Lumina Leader are remarkable professional development and talent tools that support leaders and managers to work more effectively. Our assessment and development suite equips leaders and managers with tools to better understand their own unique leadership style and aid them in leading others by understanding about the people within their group. Our offering for aspiring leaders is either:
- Lumina Spark Portrait, personalised workbook & one-on-one facilitated session;
- Lumina Leader Portrait & one-on-one facilitated session or;
- Workshop setting for leadership and management groups/teams.**
TEAMS & GROUPS
Guided by the skills and expert coaching available through Luminique, team and group workshops deliver insights into how improved relationships and communication within the team can create more effective and quicker results for the organisation. Utilising the Lumina Spark or Lumina Leader profiling tools and a range of team specific activities and processes specifically developed to support the team/group members, we can see at a glance the strong traits and characteristics within a group as well as potential blind spots. Patterns start to emerge revealing both potential strengths and development opportunities within the team. At an individual level, you can then see where and how you fit in the team.
