Organisations are most productive when their teams are working effectively.  Yet building effective teams traditionally takes time and effort and requires the organisation to understand everyone’s strengths, blind spots and motivators.  Through our accelerated approach to team-building, including team-building exercises and team coaching, we speed up the transformation process that produces exceptional teamwork, greater team awareness & understanding, improved rapport, which leads to better results.

Through the Lumina Spark or Lumina Leader profiling tools and a range of team specific activities and processes specifically developed to support the team/group members, we can see at a glance the strong traits and characteristics within a group as well as potential blind spots.  Patterns start to emerge revealing both potential strengths and development opportunities within the team.  At an individual level, you can then see where and how you fit in the team.  Guided by the skills and expert coaching available through Luminique, the workshops deliver insights into the team/group and how through improved relationships and communication the team can create more effective and quicker results for the organisation.
