Jeanne Pryde – Regional Director

For more than 20+ years Jeanne has been listening, informing and connecting with people regardless of location or background.

Trained as a critcal care nurse in Canada, Jeanne then moved into sales and management roles in the private healthcare sector in medical sales before completing a Masters degree in Leadership & Development, as well as completing formal NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) Certification before moving to Australia 13 years ago.

Her experiences in walking the floors of major hospitals to presenting in boardrooms of blue chip companies across Canada, Australia and New Zealand, have allowed Jeanne to develop a range of interpersonal skills and techniques that draw the best out of people.

An accomplished professional with senior management expertise in both corporate and healthcare, Jeanne combines 21st century leadership methodologies including Appreciative Inquiry to garner further insight for organisations to guide there leaders in understanding each person’s unique strengths, success and future capacity. Also skilled as a ‘organisational change expert’ and ‘leadership specialist’ she layers ‘strengths-based’ approaches over organisational objectives, redirecting energy towards the most beneficial and desired outcomes, thereby improving long-term organisational sustainability and financial success.
